Thanks for visiting Sayulita Tacos! I am writing this from my hometown of Chicago right now, in anticipation of my upcoming winter trip to the beautiful beach town of Sayulita, Mexico. Some years ago I had a close friend re-locate here from the States, and after my first visit I knew it was a place worthy of much more exploration than the 10 day winter vacation I had booked. I've met some great people, eaten some amazing food, and walked some amazing stretches of empty beaches there since then. So I'm going to give it a few months this time and see where this trip takes me, this here "blog"... I don't know what direction it will take, part travel diary, photo journal, shout out to the amazing taco vendors, chefs and surfers? I do know it will be a celebration of Mexico, its culture, beauty, and the amazingness that is travel. SJ
